I am so thankful that sis Marpessa has made this blog so you are able to speak to us. When I first heard about this case, I nearly couldn't believe it. I cannot begin to imagine your feelings with your girls imprisoned on these trumped up charges. I've seen a lot of miscarriages of justice, and this is just mind blowing. I know you are a strong woman, you have to be for your grandchildren and to get your girls home. I am so sorry for your losses and my prayers and thoughts are with you. I will send to the Paypal as soon as it is set up.
I hope it helps a little to know that there are people out here who are trying in every way to bring some justice to this horror story.

The International community needs to be horrified by this case! The same governor who allows this injustice, and blatant bribery by local Sheriff's in his home state wants to run for President.
The world does not need a President who cannot lead his own state justly. If the Governor of Mississippi cannot be honorable at home, just think what he will do to your nation! Bloggers worldwide........GET INVOLVED.
Tonight was the first time I had ever heard of the Scott sisters and their case. I live in a neighboring state, and I am appalled at the great injustice dealt to this family.
I hope that more attention will be brought to this, and that more people will get involved to get these women out of prison soon.
Today is the first time I ever heard of the Scott sisters, Baisden tweeted about it with a link which lead me here. I am going to write to Oprah asking her to at least have someone look into the case, and if she can be of assistance in helping free these sisters please do! This is outrageous injustice!! How the heck is this possible?!! I truly hope this injustice is rectified soon!!
I'm sending love from Ireland, you guys are all in my prayers. I'm appalled that this kind of injustice is going on in this day and age.
